This is how to get George stuck on COTD Sorry there is no part with me over there by him my friend shot him after and im to lazy to make do it again. The Glitch is easy all you need a VR-11.
Text Tutorial:

1. You must get the VR11

2. When you're ready, bring george to the top of the boat (where you can jump down to fling over to the light house)

3. Upset him

4. Shoot him with the VR11

5. Wait 3 seconds

6. Shoot george twice in rapid succession

7. Have everyone jump onto the flinger

DO NOT SHOOT HIM OR KNIFE HIM!
