A short timelapse of the sun setting over Kamares, Sifnos. It was recorded from Agios Simeon church which sits high atop a hillside to the north of the village.

The footage was captured as a photo sequence using my Panasonic LUMIX GH5, at 10-second intervals, then edited in Adobe Lightroom before being rendered in DaVinci Resolve Studio.

In hindsight, I wish I had used a shorter interval and captured more shots to create a longer and smoother timelapse. To make the sequence last longer, it's rendered at 6fps (i.e. 25% speed on a 24fps timeline), using Optical Flow to try and smooth out the missing frames.
