An excellent litter that delivers on its low tracking and low dust promise
One of my cats was recently diagnosed with asthma, so finding a lower dust litter became a priority. I'm used to a fine particle cloud when pouring litter even with Dr Elsey's which claims to be low dust, so I was definitely pleasantly surprised this produced no dust! We have used the regular version of this brand in the past and did have issues with one of the cats trying to eat it, but no similar issues this time around and all the cats took to using it immediately.
Does have a strong earthy odor, but not necessarily unpleasant, and so far I have not noticed any waste odors but I do clean twice daily and keep one more box than number of cats. Tracking still occurs of course, but is less than with our previous clay-based litter, Dr Elsey's. Overall I have a positive impression aside from the price and plan to purchase again if this test run continues well.
