I'm rebuilding this Autodynamics / Dearborn Deserter GT dune buggy that sits on a mid 60's VW chassis and figured it might interest others with VW builds. This car belonged to a very good friend of mine and has a lot of sentimental value to me. The plan is to preserve the car while upgrading what is needed to make it safe and maybe even function better. In this video I go over the car and a brief intro to Deserters go over the plan and remove the body from the chassis. I'll be adding videos of each part of the build as I go. Thanks for watching!
