Here is my Shocking C. Diff Story:

My story is like a death-defying medical thriller involving adrenal crisis, cardiac coding, septic shock, severe/fulminant C Diff infection with risk of high morbidity, and treatment/followup by a team of surgeons and infectious disease doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals. A ten-day course of antibiotic treatment for C. Diff. extended my second hospitalization to almost two weeks.
