Ministers seen include Lord Halifax, Leslie Hore-Belisha, Lord Chatfield and Sir Kingsley Wood. A fairly large crowd of people stands on the opposite side of the road, watching them go inside. Commentator mentions that a meeting has not been called on a weekend since the abdication and guesses that the subjects to be discussed include Anglo-Italian questions and the situation in Austria.
Soundtrack cuts out at 01:20:13; visuals continue showing more ministers arriving, including Foreign Affairs Minister, Anthony Eden.
Note: Eden resigned from his position on 21 February 1938 - the release date of this issue.
