The National President of the Akwa Ibom State Association of Nigeria (USA), Inc. (AKISAN USA), Obong (Engr.) Itoro Akpan-Iquot, acommpanied by members of AKISAN USA, visited Nung Asang Ikono in Uyo Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State, to take stock of the damage and monitor relief efforts, made possible by member donations.

As part of the visit, there was a courtesy call on the village head of Nung Asang Ikono.
