East Whitehouse pumper tanker 31-71 is shown responding to a school fire alarm when a motorist pulls out left in front of them. With a 3000 gallon water tank that's a lot of inertia to try to stop short. The rig is a 1999 Peterbilt/Pierce 500 GPM pump/3000 gallon tank.
