The tapered rear and flat nose of the Alfa Spider earned it the nickname "Osso di Sepia" (Cuttlefish Bone) in Italy. In Germany, it’s more fondly called “Rundheck” (Round Tail). Since 1966, it’s been one of the most popular Spider models. This dark blue Alfa was bought and restored in 1987, fully repainted and registered in 1991. It participated in rallies in the 2000s and has been used only for day trips since 2016. The restoration process is well-documented with a photo book and receipts.
