Srinagar, Nov 17 (ANI): Train services partially resumed in Kashmir on Thursday after over four months as the strife-torn Valley limps back to normalcy. Giving details, Divisional Security Commissioner of Northern Railways, S. Louis Amuthan said the train is going till Srinagar as children and patients are facing problems, adding that the other tracks will fully restore in the next few days. Security personnel were deployed in large numbers to ensure smooth running of operations.
