The Rose Festival is an annual floral festival held in Chandigarh, India, in the last week of February. The festival takes place at the Zakir Hussain Rose Garden in sector 16 of the city. The festival celebrates the beauty of roses and promotes Chandigarh as a culturally rich destination.
