Experimental Waves (EXP.WAVS) is an event series and label for musical experimentation and multi-disciplinary performance across Vancouver’s diverse artistic landscape.

For this inaugural recorded performance series, we are featuring Midnight Boogaloo Salsa Orchestra, conceived a few years ago in one of our parties. Midnight Boogaloo is led by Alan Ruiz, Colombian born guitarist, arranger and composer. This Orchestra lineup features talented and diverse musicians from around the world, based in Vancouver, Canada.
