Pro Seat Covers are Air Bag Safe.
With the aid and technical expertise of American & Efird, we developed a formula which provides for the safe deployment of side airbags. MGA Research Corporation provided this high speed video of our seat covers as they deployed the factory side impact airbags (SIAB) of this Chrysler seat.
This Air Bag deployment test featured our Ballistic style car seat covers which were manufactured with high quality and safety in mind. Notice how the airbag labels were projected as the seam split apart effortlessly when the SIAB was released.
The final results of this test proved that Pro Seat Covers successfully did not impede the full inflation time of the air bags.
