HVAC apprentice Julius spends his first day out in the field with me.
We spent the day training, completing several cooling maintenance calls and just talking about why Julius decided to switch careers and start this job in the HVAC industry with no prior experience.

As many of you know, HVAC is a challenging but rewarding career, with a ton of opportunities, so it's great to see young people entering the profession. Stay tuned to see how Julius's career progresses!
