Question: Can the mind or thoughts, change or control the different components of the brain and how it functions? For example, can a person with depression alter that part of the brain associated with depressed state of mind by continually thinking 'happy thoughts' or 'optimistic thoughts'? Can the mind control or train how the brain operates or evolves in a person?
