Did you even wonder how these beautiful shells get created? Here is a quick version on how to decoupage scallop shells. All you need is some shells, napkins, glue, paint and a brush. If I did it you can do it too and the end results are pretty impressive.
Materials Used with Amazon affiliate links:
Apple Barrel White Acrylic Paint: [ Ссылка ]
Mod Podge Gloss Finish: [ Ссылка ]
Metallic Paint: [ Ссылка ]
Scallop Shells Large 4"-5": [ Ссылка ]
Decorative Napkins with Sea Creatures: [ Ссылка ]
Steps:
Paint the inside of the shells white with two coats of Apple Barrel White Acrylic Paint.
Cut out designs from your napkin and peel off the bottom two layers.
Apply Mod Podge to the shell, place your napkin pieces, and cover with another layer of Mod Podge.
Sand off any excess napkin and apply another layer of Mod Podge for protection.
Paint the edges with Metallic Paint, allowing each layer to dry completely.
These scallop shells make perfect gifts!
