Tofu and Bean Sprouts Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 250g tofu
- 250g bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of granulated mushroom
Instructions:
1. Wash and dry the bean sprouts; set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan, add tofu, and cook until golden-brown.
3. Add bean sprouts, oyster sauce, pepper, salt and granulated mushroom. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and enjoy!
