I attempted a itworks body wrap. I 1⃣placed the wrap on my abdominal area. 2⃣wrapped myself with plastic wrap 3⃣ placed my Ann Chery body cincher on over it( check my cincher out on previous video). The whole duration was for one hour. I drunk 6 bottles of water . I did feel a warm sensation on my stomach while the process took place. Before measurements were 33"38"37" afterwards were 32" 36"36" !! Impressive huh?
