This is a training session you can do in almost any hotel gym even if it is not very well equipped.
Get the treadmill to an incline and high speed (this will be individual off course) and while holding the railing start running. Once you get in the groove let go of the railings and sprint for 15 seconds. This is followed by KB/DB Swings x 20, Push Ups x 20, MB Russian Twists x 20/side, Man Makers x 10, Chin Ups x 10
You can replace the exercises with implements into bodyweight exercises. DB Swings would be replaced with Deadlift Jumps, MB Russian Twists can be done without MB and for higher reps, Chin Ups can be replaced with Side Plank Hold for 30 seconds/side.
After the round, wait for your heart rate to fall below 125 before going again or just give yourself a set break.
This is a 15-20 minute training session.
