In today's session we will be working the whole body by performing low impact exercises using the mini bands ⭐️ We will be going through 22 different exercises that are perfect for everyone and easy on your joints. We are going to be performing each exercise for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest to get us ready for the next exercise. I am using a heavy material band around my thighs and a lighter rubber band that is easier to stretch around my ankles and wrists.
If you need to take a break, press pause and sit back in child's pose. You will get stronger over time and it will feel GREAT. Keep going and trust the process and you will see results ❤️

1. A slight calorie deficit, I say slight, as slow steady weight loss is best for overall health.
2. Increasing your exercise duration and/or intensity so your heart rate is elevated. For example HIIT, cardio, LIIT workouts.
3. Workouts that will develop and strengthen specific muscles for your desired goals. For example Pilates, weight training, body weight exercises.
