West Yorkshire as a region has been given funding/investment worth up to £830 Million, yes just shy of £1 Billion, to begin a widespread improvement of the transit in the region this will include en masse investment across the region to try and improve the underwhelming transit offering of mainly buses in the region and also go to amending issues that have developed under the last decade of Austerity.
