INGREDIENTS
Wet:
½ c plant-based milk
¼ c coconut sugar
2-4 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Dry:
½ - 1 c wholemeal spelt flour*
¼ c cacao powder
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp sea salt
4-8 squares dark chocolate
HOW TO:
1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
2. Mix wet ingredients in a bowl and set aside for 5 minutes
3. Sift dry ingredients into another bowl, then add to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
4. Pour batter in greased ramekins and bake for 10-15 minutes
5. Let cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
