Ingredients:
1kg fresh steamed cassava
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup condense milk
1/2 tsp salt
50g butter
Cheese shredded
Water
Procedures:
1. In a pan, pour the coconut milk
and add some water.
2. Put in the cubes cassava
add the salt and cover.
3. Toss occasionally
until the liquid completely evaporate.
5. Transfer in to a tray.
6. You can use fork to smash the cassava.
7. Melt some butter in a pan and remove some excess for use later.
8. Strat stirring the smashed cassava before adding the condense milk.
9. To keep your cassava soft and easy to mix
you can on your stove in a low heat.
10. Add the condense milk.
11. Using gloves you can use your
hand for better result of mixing.
12. Pour the melted butter in a tray and spread evenly.
13. Then evenly put the cassava
and top it with shredded cheese.
14. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
15. Serve and enjoy!
