If you want to make same recipe with beef, use 1kg ground and boiled beef in place of boiled chicken. And reduce the amount of salt because beef has a salty flavour.

Chicken Breast Boneless 1kg
Chickpea Lentil 1/2kg
Onion 2medium Squeeze Water
Garlic 12 cloves
Green Chilies 12pcs
Guar Gum 2gms (mix with hot water, form Gell)
Red Chilli 10gms or 2.25tsp
Salt 22gms or 3tsp
Cumin 12gms or 4tsp
Coriander 10 gms or 3tsp
Garam Masala 2gms or 0.75tsp
Cooking Utensils:
Pan for frying
Chopper or Food Processor
Pot to mix everything
Cooking Ready Food:
Deep Fry at 170-degree celsius for 3 minutes
