The beach has more than enough parking space right next to the beach but, you'll have to drive through ±1,5 km of unpaved road to get to the beach. There are two routes to get to the beach and it's much better if you take the coastal road instead of the one that goes through the mountains because the second one is extremely steep.
Coming through the coastal route, you'll arrive at the "Marble/Saliara Beach" first, which is within walking distance away from "Porto Vathy".
It's ±7 km away from Limenas (the main port) and it's pretty small (±100 meters long). It's white because the place was once a marble mine and you can see the cranes from the beach and the parking.
It's OK for kids but, it gets deep pretty soon after you get inside the water.
Water quality grade: 10/10
There is no fee for the sunbeds but, you'll have to order 30 EUR of goods/sunbed.
Frappe: 4 EUR
Burger: 8 to 14 EUR
Taste/food grade: 9/10 - Just because there was no seafood.
I totally recommend this beach!
