Three children, Ali, Ezel and Esmer, whose paths are tied in the orphanage, are separated from each other at a young age. 20 years later, when fate brings them together again, each of them has become passengers of different lives.
Ali is a policeman who does not avoid squint, Ezel is a competent doctor. Ezel is now known as Aylin, by the name given to her by her adoptive family. The happier the young woman is at her job, the more unhappy she is in her marriage. Her husband, whom she happily married, is a huge disappointment for her.
Brunette, on the other hand, emerges as the right-hand man of Süleyman Çesen, who takes his power from the underworld 20 years later. Esmer does not yet know that Ezel, whom she has never stopped looking for for 20 years, is Doctor Aylin. When Ali and Esmer's paths cross again without knowing each other, their strange devotion to Doctor Aylin brings them face to face once again.
