The secret to getting this dinner done fast is to use common ingredients you probably already have on hand, like fresh breadcrumbs (I'll show you how to make them in the video -- and a trick for making them taste really great), and a honey-mustard vinaigrette (using honey, Dijon mustard, and white-wine vinegar), which you'll actually be using later in the week, too.
