Peruvannamuzhi dam is a dam built on the Kuttiyadi river at Peruvannamuzhi in Chittattukara Grama Panchayat, near Kuttiyadi in Kozhikode district, Kerala.It's 55 km away from Kozhikode town. It was constructed as part of the Kuttiadi irrigation project.
