With the Centre all set to introduce the #CitizenshipAmendmentBill in the Parliament by November end or December first week, the Congress in Meghalaya has once again renewed its opposition to the Bill.
Speaking to Northeast Live, leader of opposition in Meghalaya and senior Congress leader – Mukul Sangma has asked the centre to understand the complexity in dealing with contentious issue of Citizenship Amendment Bill.
Meanwhile, KSU president Lambok Marngar said that they stand opposed to it and will decide about their future course of action.
