This is a short dance workout that you can easily fit into your day. Put down your coffee cup, close the laptop lid and energise yourself. Get your heart rate pumping and the endorphins flowing!
Dance increases your overall health and your sense of well-being. It also has some direct stress-busting benefits. It will help bump up the production of your brain's feel-good neurotransmitters and leave you feeling energised.
I will lead the dance steps and you can either follow me or do your own thing, any movement is good movement. Just get up, move and enjoy yourself the best way you can.
