INGREDIENTS:
Pearls
• 50g glutinous rice flour
• 25g brown sugar
• 40ml hot water
Brown Sugar Syrup
• ¼ cup brown sugar
• ¼ cup water
• Slurry: 1 Tbsp cornstarch + 1 Tbsp water
Ice Cream
• ½ kg coconut milk
• 1 cup evaporated milk
• ½ cup condensed milk
• 1 cup powdered milk
• 3 tbsp black tea
• 3 tbsp cassava starch
