Newly elected Anglican leader Jackson ole Sapit called for dialogue between the government and the opposition, to resolve the IEBC stalemate. He spoke at his home in Kericho as the both Jubilee and CORD remained defiant.

The President maintained the law had to be followed in reforming the IEBC, but CORD principle Kalonzo Musyoka said the protests will go on until IEBC commissioners vacate office.
