A marathon organised by Uttar Pradesh Congress in Bareilly on Tuesday turned into a stampede-like situation. The event was organised by the party under its 'Ladki Hoon, Lad Sakti Hoon' campaign. Some of the participants received injuries. COVID norms were flouted in the marathon as many were seen without masks, observing no social distancing.
