While busy hard selling the India story abroad, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley also had encouraging words for public sector banks. Speaking exclusively to ET NOW after a closed door meeting with FIIs, Jaitley admitted that PSU banks needed to be recapitalized far more than what was prescribed in the Budget, however he is still undecided on the amount.
