RSTV speaks to Union Minister for Minority Affairs, Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi. In the 'Khas Mulakat', the minister describes the roadmap for minority welfare in the country. He also speaks at length about the abrogation of Article 370 in J&K. He explains clearly the series of events which led to the big decision on J&K. The Minister said that now over 100 central government schemes will be implemented in Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.
