Claire and Moira thought everything would be fine now that they've found their friends. Then the Overseer told them they were all infected with a deadly virus.

Separated from their friends again, Claire and Moira desperately search for answers -- and a way off the island. Unfortunately for them, the Overseer has eyes everywhere.

Every trial they overcome only brings them closer to her.

-----BARRY's STORY
Having arrived on the island six months after his daughter went missing, Barry resolves to find his daughter with the help of Natalia’s powers. They follow Moria’s trace based on Natalia’s single memory of her, the place where they first met.

Once they arrive, Barry finds a portrait of someone who was once a friend, but became his greatest foe -- Albert Wesker.
At that point, a mysterious cloaked figure appears.
Taking a perverse pleasure in her words, the figure utters…
"Moira is dead."

Just WHO is this figure, and why does she know Natalia?
