Mog Asum ❤️ Let There Be Love
Ingredients:
500 grams Chicken (curry pieces)
1 teaspoon Salt
Juice of 1/2 a Lime
1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
(Marinate for at least 20 minutes)
For the Curry paste:
A drizzle of Oil
1 large Onion
1 inch piece Ginger
7 to 8 Garlic cloves
1 large tomato
1 Cup fresh, grated Coconut
1/2 Cup Water (or as needed)
For the Curry:
2 to 3 Tablespoons Oil
1 medium-sized Onion, finely chopped
The prepped Chicken
1 & 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala powder
1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
The Curry Paste
2 Cups Water (or more)
A Slit Green Chilli (optional)
Fresh Coriander, finely chopped
For the Omelette:
For 1 Egg, you’ll need
1 Tablespoon finely chopped Onion
2 pinches of Salt
Green Chilli, finely chopped
Some Fresh Coriander, finely chopped
