(6 Mar 1983) GS CASS EGYPT: 10 storey building collapses in Cairo destroying
09038320 a neighbouring house and killing at least 20 people. Many
others are believed to be buried in the rubble. The accident
is thought to have been caused by sub-standard concrete.
