START
- Assume a lateral lunge position
- Plate of prescribed weight on floor next to inside of foot that has the leg straight
EXECUTE
- Engage core and adduct leg using adductor to slide plate laterally
- Continue laterally lunging and adducting the plate toward you dynamically
FOCUS
- Avoid leaning upper body during plate push
- Maintain neutral arches
GOAL
- Adductor activation and strength
- Hip prehab and rehab
