Hari ini saya akan berbagi resep bolu tanpa pengembang, jadi bolu pisang ini tanpa menggunakan Sp, tanpa soda kue, dan tanpa baking powder.
Untuk jenis pisang nya bisa pakai pisang apa saja ya, yang penting pisangnya sudah masak, biarpun kulit nya sudah mulai menghitam tapi biasanya dalamnya masih bagus.
Dan kunci sukses untuk bolu tanpa pengembang adalah penggunaan telur yang fresh,
Dan hasil pengocokan adonan harus mengembang, kaku kental dan berjejak, jadi proses me mixer adonan harus lebih lama daripada yg memakai emulsifier.
Ini saya mixer selama 15 menit kecepatan paling tinggi di speed nomer 3.

Bahan - Bahan :
4 butir telur
120 gr gula pasir
240 gr pisang raja matang
( berat pisang setelah di kupas )
175 gr tepung protein sedang
( resep asli protein rendah )
1 sachet susu bubuk full cream
1/2 sdt vanilli bubuk
125 gr margarin
Cara Membuat :
Campurkan bahan kering terlebih dahulu
Campur tepung terigu, susu bubuk dan vanilli bubuk, aduk sampai rata.
Kemudian cairkan margarin lalu sisihkan
Di wadah lain haluskan pisang menggunakan garpu lalu sisihkan dulu
Mixer telur dan gula menggunakan kecepatan paling tinggi selama 15 menit sampai mengembang, kaku , kental dan berjejak.
Masukan pisang halus secara bertahap aduk balik sampai tercampur rata.
Kemudian masukan campuran bahan kering secara bertahap kemudian aduk lagi sampai rata.
Dan terakhir tuang margarin cair yang sudah bersuhu ruang aduk balik sampai tidak ada margarin yang mengendap di dasar adonan.
Tuang adonan ke loyang tulban diameter 20 cm yang sudah di olesi margarin dan di taburi tepung terigu.
Oven kurang lebih 40 sampai 50 menit sampai matang.
