Being a punk takes a toll on your mental health. You live in a constant state of proud alienation, appropriating other people’s disgust and inability to understand, perpetually aware of the shittyness of society. As lifelong punks emerging from the Milano and Bologna scenes, the people in Spirito Di Lupo know how hard it is. They found their own brand of peace punk: inner peace punk. As they swing and hit you with urgent, straightforward, blown-out old school Italian hardcore, they’re healing and finding a safe place: “My home is the rain.” Now go find yourselves.
