In a fiery statement, BJP MP Sambit Patra made serious allegations against Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah regarding the MUDA scam. Patra claimed that the recent resignation of the MUDA Chairman and Siddaramaiah’s offer to return land compensation indicate deep involvement in the scandal. According to Patra, the ED's chargesheet reveals that funds from the Karnataka Maharshi Valmiki Schedule Tribes Development Corporation were misused for political purposes, including distributing money during the 2024 elections. Furthermore, the suicide note of chief accountant P Chandrasekaran allegedly exposes illegal transfers of Rs. 187 crores.
