Dr. Ian Clarke is an Irish medical doctor who has lived in Uganda since 1987. He moved in the country during the Ugandan Bush War. His medical services were much appreciated because the country was in dire need of such services. He is the elected Chairman of Makindye division. People in this division, love his flair for development and delivery of services. Uganda has become his second home.
