Nature Interpretation Centre at Sukhna Lake, Chandigarh, is a Visitor Centre cum New Style Museum, where you can know about Sukhna Lake's ecosystem, flora and fauna. It is located at the Regulator End, where the Dam is located and if you sepcifically want to see this place only, then you should take the road to the Garden of Silence (where the Buddha statue is placed). This centre has been opened to sensitise and educate the people about environmental conservation. It is a small bubble-shaped building but a very nicely done. It has an interesting, interactive pictorial display of migratory birds, resident birds and other rare species with the highlights of their habitat. This display has an interactive voice module with touch screen kiosks. Do not confuse it with Sukhna Gallery or Sukhna Interpretation Centre as these are different.
