I had this Land Cruiser a year ago and sold it to this cool dude, Oz.
Well, aren't all 80 series owners cool dudes?
Recently we went to a Cars &Coffee and figured to shoot this video.
My favorite part of this story is Oz already had a Panamera GTS (seems many LC owners also have high end sports cars... best of both worlds) and he bought this 1994 Toyota Land Cruiser.
Turns out he loves to drive it and it is 80% of the driving...
Even his young kids ask for it, saying Truck, Truck! and prefer it over the Porsche.
I guess it's the high seating, views out the window and room.
I think the key for any vehicle is variety. If you drive the same vehicle everyday, you tend to get bored. However if you drive multiple vehicles then it's the variety that keeps you from every getting bored. You appreciate each vehicle for it's individual qualities.
