Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh), Apr 16 (ANI): Lucknow’s Police Commissioner, Naveen Arora visited city’s most sensitive Sadar which has emerged as hotspot of coronavirus cases. “Sadar area has become the most sensitive zone of Lucknow, positive cases increased to 60. It had started with 12 people, who were Jamaatis. People didn't practice social distancing here and violated lockdown norms,” said Lucknow Police Commissioner.
