2 lbs chicken breast or thighs
1/4 white vinegar
1 Tbsp tomato paste
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp paprika, garlic
1 tsp onion, turmeric, coriander, cardamom, all spice
1/2 cinnamon, clove
Salt to taste (I did 1 Tbsp)
1 cup rice
1.5 cups water
2 tsp oil
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cardamom
White sauce:
1/3 cup light mayo
1/2 cup low fat yogurt
1-2 garlic cloves
Juice of a lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Pickle salad:
1/4 cup dill pickles, turnips, banana peppers, diced jalapeños
