Naismith Hall of Fame Coach Mike Krzyzewski led Duke Men’s basketball team to five national champions. In this interview, he talks about his 42-season career as coach of the Blue Devils and his love for his players, Duke, Durham and his family – “the starting five.”
Duke University’s Centennial Oral Histories Program includes one-hour videotaped interviews with former and current leaders of Duke University and Duke Health, during which they share memories of their time at Duke and their hopes for Duke’s future. Each interview will be shared this fall on Duke Today. The videos will also be published on 100.duke.edu and archived in Duke’s Archives as a permanent record and enduring legacy from Duke’s 100th anniversary.
