In a big twist in the Karnataka political drama, BS Yeddyurappa resigned as Karnataka chief minister, just two days after taking the oath. Yeddyurappa quit as CM before a trust vote that had been ordered by the Supreme Court. In an emotional speech, a teary-eyed Yeddyurappa admitted he did not have the numbers. Following this, Karnataka Governor, Vajbhai Vala has fomally invited , Kumaraswamy to form the new government in Karnataka.
