Synopsis: The desire to bring the change in the society starts from within by changing yourselves. A simple desire to excel and a slight effort towards it can give a paradigm shift to the same mundane routine life and lifestyle. This is demonstrated by a humble bus conductor in the film "Ekla Chalo Re", using the logic,
"Be the change you want to see in others".
